2. Please ship back via insured mail, as Throckmorton Jones will not be responsible for lost or damaged items.
3. Returned items will examine and determine if items are in new & unused condition, in a timely manor.
4. Used or damaged items will not be accepted, and will be returned to buyer at buyer's cost.

USPS is responsible for delivering packages to you, but neither USPS nor Throckmorton Jones are responsible for package retrieval or package security once it has been delivered to its destination address.
